This is a brass applicator for leather dye. The dye is heavy duty and is good to dye belt, strip or any project by pulling over the ribbed roller. It is a unique regulator roller will allow just the right amount dye oil to come up the roller. Made of brass,this oil applicator is and will not move while working.
