Special Features

  • DURABLE. 'Ready To Rent' Tags are printed on a 10 mil thick polylith plastic.
  • DOUBLE-SIDED. Front of the tag has three color-coded tear-off stubs. Back of the tag can be used for documenting more specific information.
  • TEAR RESISTANT. Tags have a reinforced fiber patch for increased pull strength.
  • MULTIPART PERFORATION. Inspect each piece of equipment, record any repair or maintenance needs on the RED part of the tag and leave the RED part intact to indicate the equipment is NOT ready to rent. Once service and maintenance is complete and the equipment is cleaned, you can separate the Red/Yellow portion and file them in the documents. When only GREEN portion is on the equipment, it's 'Ready to Rent'.
