SMART LAP MACHINE: Our cabbing machine lapidary equipment is versatile American-made flat lap. It shapes, polishes, and grinds art glass, crystals, marbles, and beads, making it ideal for jewelry making. The slant cabber offers better visibility and allows you to work comfortably while sitting. This lapidary machine provides smooth edges and professional finish perfect for glass workers and fusers, or for smoothing the edges on glass bottles. It comes with a complete accessory kit.
HIGH PERFORMANCE: Each Slant Cabber is installed with a powerful 1/4 hp, heavy-duty, direct-drive permanent magnet motor with sealed ball bearings. The motor is variable speed and can be adjusted from 800 rpm up to 3,400 rpm, allowing you to work at your own pace. The coolant reservoir is built into the machine and can hold up to a quart of water. This cabbing machine comes with a 1/2" arbor and accepts backing plates that have a 1/2" arbor hole. This is a valuable part of your lapidary tools.
PORTABLE MACHINE: This lapidary equipment flat lap is a lightweight, portable glass polisher and glass grinder that works anywhere. It's constructed with a rigid housing made of durable cross-link polyethylene that is rustproof and easy to clean. This have small footprint and measures 13-1/2" X 15" X 11". Weighing just 12 lbs, it is portable and suitable for use on tabletops and workbenches with your lapidary supplies. You can even take it on the road with you!
COMPLETE FLAT LAP: The lapidary polisher is a complete slant cabber kit. It offers easy grinding, shaping, and polishing of glass and crystal. Interchangeable electroplated diamond discs require only one backing plate. The glass polisher machine includes 6" 360#, 600#, 1,200#, and 3,000# electroplated diamond discs, Tech-11 polishing pad, 14,000 mesh diamond paste, two 6" acrylic backing plates, and a disc bushing. It also includes a waterproof apron and written instructions.
