This is a custom-made vinyl decal, which can be applied to any smooth surface. (ex: Windows, plastic, glass, binders, skateboards, cars, computers, guitars, bottles, phones, etc.) My decals are cut out from a solid color sheet of vinyl and have no background. These are not static cling. They are removable, but not reusable. Pictured is black. Primary length is how tall in inches the decal is.
