This beautiful Ginger Jar, made by us in Kutahya where it is the ceramic capital of Turkey, has 37 cm in length with the lid and painted on the bisque, then glazed with "lead-free" ceramic transparent glaze and fired at 1050°C.

In Kutahya, Ceramic and underglaze paintings and pottery works have been making since the 15th century. We hope this lovely and beautiful art branch will be continued in our clayed hands in the future...

Bisque-making processes are being made on the pottery wheel, design, and painting works belonging to my wife. This product can be used as a storage jar, candy jar, cremation jar, or another food storage because the glaze is not containing lead and is extremely harmless for human health.
