Our freeze dried rose petals are all-natural and completely biodegradable real petals! We take the best roses available and remove their petals one by one. Then they are placed in a freeze dryer for two weeks to remove their moisture. When they are finished, they last for months at room temperature. These are REAL rose petals, not artificial, so you can use them outdoors and they safe for the environment. In fact, just mow them with the grass and they disappear down into the soil. IMPORTANT: For the best qualtiy, we recommend ordering within one month of when you plan to use the petals. While the rose petals are preserved, they will slowly change color over time when exposed to light and humitidy. They are best stored in a dark, dry location, such as a closet. They do not need to be stored in a freezer nor refridgerator.
