Each mask is sold separately, this is not a set. These masks are all handmade. They are two layers of 100% cotton and they have a 3rd layer (olefin material) for added filtration. There is a straw hole in the mask so you can safely enjoy your drinks in public. The hole is covered by a black flap. The tag is tear-away/removeable. The adult small will fit many women (I am 5'8" 150lbs and it fits perfectly), and the adult medium/large fits most men and some women. The adult XL works great for larger head sizes. The adult medium/large masks are approx. 8.5" x 5.75" The adult small masks are approx. 8" x 5.25" Washing instructions: hand wash; lay flat to dry.
