The general meaning of the AWARD BIOS ringtone is:
Short: The system starts normally, which is something we can hear every day and also indicates that there are no issues with the machine.
2 short: General error, please enter CMOS Setup and reset the incorrect options.
1 long and 1 short: RAM or motherboard error, try replacing it with another memory. If it still doesn't work, you have to replace the motherboard.
1 long 2 short: Display or display card error.
1 long and 3 short: Keyboard controller error, check the motherboard.
1 long and 9 short: motherboard Flash RAM or EPROM error, BIOS damage. Try swapping Flash RAM.
ringing (long sound): The memory module is not securely inserted or damaged. Reinsert the memory module. If it still doesn't work, only replace one memory module.
ringing: The power supply, monitor, and display card are not connected properly. Check all the plugs.
Repeated short sound: power issue.
No sound or display: power issue.
