Windows and Recovery Information
This laptop will arrive completely wiped of all traces of previous data with a fresh install of Windows. Your Windows install will be fully activated out of the box using your unit's unique digital license.
Windows devices do not ship with physical recovery media. Recovery media can be created from any Windows machine using the Windows Media Creation Tool. This is a free download from Microsoft that allows you to make a bootable USB device that can be used to fully recover the operating system at any time. We recommend creating the media on this PC upon arrival before any potential hard disk failures as we are not responsible for any loss of data.
