Type SC Extension Cords incorporate series 16 inline camlock connectors with a twist-locking connection element that helps avoid accidental power disconnections. Once the connector is locked into place, it will not allow you to pull it straight out without twisting counter-clockwise first. In fast-paced environments where staff or performers may come in contact with extension cables, the locking mechanism will give you peace of mind that your cables are secure. The camlock plugs are UL listed and NEMA Type 3R while connected. Female/Male 16 Series taper nose Cams are made of Santoprene TPV material.
