It is a form-fitting full cage specifically compatible with M6 Mark 2.
It mounts to the camera's tripod socket by a 1/4" screw on the base plate preventing wiggles.
It comes with multiple 1/4" and 3/8" threaded holes allowing mount of accessories. For example, you can mount Top Side Handle Grip for hand-held sho oting, and attach Cable Clamp to protect the HD MI-compatible cable and port.
Locating holes on the top and left are designed to work with accessories like Locating Handle or Ball Head Magic Arm. On the top & left & bottom side features cold shoe mounts and 1x active cold shoe mount for microphones or LED lights or tripod. The cage maintains full access to the camera's buttons, ports, and battery.
A contoured handgrip is built into one side of the cage allowing for more comfort and grip when using the handheld.
The cage also has a built-in quick release plate on the bottom for tripod mounting.
