How to find the model number:
On your Phone, go to “Settings” > “General” > “About”, scroll down until you see the name of your Earbuds. Tap the name and you'll see the model number.
The model number of 3rd Gen L is A2564, R is A2565. If the model number of your previous Earbuds is not showed as A2564 or A2565, please don't buy this replacement earbud.
Please follow the steps below for synchronization:
1.Charge the new replacement earbud with your another original Earbud together in your original charging case (Model No.: A2566) for at least 15 minutes to balance the firmware of them.
2.Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone and ignore the previous paired Earbuds.
3.Open the lid of the charging case and put it close to your Phone, hold pressing the sync button on the back of the charging case till the white indicator light flash slowly and then the Phone will show the new Earbuds.
4.Tap the connect icon on the screen and sync it with your Phone.
5.The battery may be warned too low when the synchronization is completed and please charge it 30 minutes more before using it.
Notice:
Please do charge the new replacement earbud with your another original Earbud in your original charging case(Model No.: A2566) for at least 15 minutes to sync it with your Phone. If the synchronization fails at the first time, please try it again after charging the full set of earbuds for 30 minutes more. The charging cases of third-party brands don't support the synchronization of replacement AirPod with another original AirPod of the same generation, please only use the original charging case for the synchronization on first use.
!!Please check if the model number of your earbud is A2564 or A2565 before you order it. And please contact us if you have any issues with your order. The synchronization process need take some time the first time you use it, thank you for your patience!!
