Pack of 10 each Keratherm 86/17 Green TO-220-2 thermal transistor insulators. Place the pad between your transistor and heat sink to efficiently dissipate heat away from the transistor. Keratherm 86/17 Green is a silicone elastomer film that is characterized by its excellent electrical characteristics and it exhibits good thermal behavior. Being fiberglass reinforced it offers good mechanical properties while possessing excellent mechanical stability and good perforation strength. Because of its structure, Keratherm 86/17 Green, has extremely good self-adhesion with no shelf life. Dimensions are 19mm X 14mm and 0.225mm thick and will fit TO-220-2 transistor packages.
