Bags are 100% hand constructed using 1000d Cordura material, double machine stitched for strength and lasting durability, include two layers of heavy grade vinyl, a nylon strap, and a load dispersing/impact absorbing foam layer between the shell so there's no hard edges which provides a smooth surface. We use 100% recycled steel to fill our ballast bags. Our 35lb bag comes equipped with a heavy duty grommets, making securing it to objects a breeze.
