APPLICATION — The Master Lubricator 3/8” NPT is recommended to be directly attached to the air tool inlet or air appliance. These lubricators allow air tools to operate at full efficiency by providing a fine mist of oil lubrication thereby preventing corrosion, sticking of the working mechanism, power loss caused by inadequate lubrication, and extending service life. Effective tool lubrication saves money by reducing down time for your air operated equipment. OPERATION — With the air line disconnected, remove the fill cap and turn the oil adjustment screw (counter clockwise for more oil or clockwise for less oil), 1/16 turn at a time to set oil adjustment to user requirements. DO NOT open more then 1-1/4 turns from the full closed position. Connect to air tool. Cycle air tool a few times to allow oil adjustment to become effective. Please note that a properly adjusted lubricator will not show oil on the exhaust. Automatic lubrication of the air occurs upon passage of the taped airflow when the tool is triggered.
