This convenient adapter allows you to mount SCT threaded accessories, adapters and focus adjusters to Maksutov-Cassegrain telescopes with 45.4mm rear threads.
Adapter ring for converting the threads on the rear of many Maksutov-Cassegrain telescopes to SCT (Schmitt-Cassegrain) threads. Allows you to use SCT threaded diagonals, sight mirrors, focus reducers and other accessories with your Mak-Cass telescope. There are Maksutov-Cassegrain internal threads on the inside and SCT external threads on the outside at one end. Precision machined from aluminum and black anodized.
