​What is PWM and What is PTO??
PWM belongs to analog control mode, when the equipment has the accurate requirements for rotational speed and torque we can choose PWM. PWM will simulate the input signal as constant voltage output by apply high-speed counter, it control the variation of motor rotational speed by controlling voltage variation.
PTO belongs to pulse control mode, when the equipement has the accurate requirement for the position we need choose PTO.
224XP plc can't achieve the function of PTO wizards .
High speed pulse and counting
Support 2 high-speed pulse output 100KHZ, 6-channel high-speed counting input, up to 30KHZ. A single Boolean instruction runs only 0.3us.
Stability
The same as the original Simens 3layer circuit board combination design, independent power board, I/O board, CPU board, with the function of anti-interference and stability, easy to maintain.
Compatibility
The same as the original Siemens plc applied pluggable terminal, be convenient for wire connection, same I/O pin defination. Support high speed pulse and counting, easy to be maintained.
Programming Mode
Fully compatible STEP7/WINCC, programming method and instruction are the same as original Simens PLC.
Scalability
This machine integrates 14DI/10DO and can support 7 I/O modules and special function modules.
