What's the difference between infrared filters?
Infrared filters, sometimes called infrared filters or endothermic filters, are designed to allow mid-infrared wavelengths in the infrared while blocking visible light. They are commonly used in devices with bright incandescent bulbs (such as slides and overhead projectors) to prevent unnecessary heating. Due to the high sensitivity of many camera sensors to near-infrared light, there are also filters for solid-state (CCD or CMOS) cameras to allow infrared. These filters usually have a blue tint because they sometimes block some light from shorter visible and ultraviolet wavelengths as well.
In what way will infrared filters be used?
1. Archaeology, military, police, medicine, detective work. Infrared filters allow stains and modified items that are not normally visible to be visible.
2. Vegetation and landscape photography. It looks very different when photographed in infrared light.
3. Photography special effects. Infrared filters provide an expressive and unusual effect for still and video photographers.
Under what appropriate light source should the infrared filter be used?
590nm, 600nm and 630nm are used for infrared replacement machines. Rich color, white balance custom, the original sky is generally bright red, brown or amber, plant leaves, blue, sky blue saturation after processing, the leaves are yellow or golden.
680nm, suitable for indoor and low shade use.
720nm, suitable for indoor and low light use.
760nm for outdoor and indoor brightness when it is cloudy at night.
850nm, suitable for indoor and we
