Internal bore lathe Burnishing tools are suitable for machining through holes as well as blind holes and stepped holes. They are applicable for machining metals with hardness ranging between HRC 18 and 68.
The tool shank is made of high-strength alloy steel, which helps prevent vibration during machining and enhances surface quality.
The tool tip is made of diamond, which currently offers the highest hardness and wear resistance. A stable welding method is employed to prevent the diamond tip from detaching.

1.When using a Lathe Burnishing Tool, it is recommended that the previous process be machined to a surface roughness of Ra 3.2 or better. The better the quality of the surface roughness before polishing, the better the results.
2.A Lathe Burnishing Tool cannot be used as a finishing cutting tool. It does not produce chips and has minimal impact on dimensions.
3.Suitable for machining various common steel workpieces, quenched and tempered workpieces, copper. It is less suitable for machining acrylic, plastic materials.
