How to use:
Preparation of biopsies
1) Prepare slides and coverslips that have been treated.
2) Sterilize the skin and leave it to dry. With the blade of the blood collection needle at right angles to the fingerprint, pierce it about 1 mm.
3) A “blood droplet” of 2-3 mm in diameter is placed on the fingertip and left for 20 seconds.
4) Hold the ends of a slide with the thumb and middle finger, and use the gravity of the slide itself to dip the blood droplets vertically downward continuously, about 6-8 drops, and keep them as dried blood for examination.
5) Wipe off the residual blood at the end of the finger, apply light pressure on the proximal end of the finger to the distal end, use another slide to dab the blood beads, but avoid the contact between the slide and the skin, add a cover slip, gently squeeze, and get a piece of live blood, and then put it under the microscope for observation immediately.
