The ID-11 developer is supplied in powder form, ensuring consistent performance throughout its working life. It is a Metol-Hydroquinone borax type developer, which can be prepared as a stock solution for standard tank or tray use. For those who prefer extended development times and enhanced sharpness, the solution can be further diluted at ratios of 1+1 or 1+3, allowing for a "one-shot" use.The development times at 68 Degree F (20 Degree C) for Ilford Delta 100 35mm film are as follows: 7 minutes with the stock solution, 10 minutes when diluted 1+1, and 15.5 minutes when diluted 1+3. For Ilford Delta 400 35mm film at 400 exposure, the development times are 7 minutes for the stock solution, 10.5 minutes for the 1+1 dilution, and 18 minutes for the 1+3 dilution.
