The3/8" Side Post Remote Battery Disconnect Switch is a 12V device that supports a 100 meter remote battery disconnect switch but can be left unused, not only preventing the battery from draining but also reducing the risk of theft.
It is a very convenient remote control that disconnects the battery with a quick push of a button and without opening the hood. The remote control is pre-programmed for no additional operation and is rated at 200A continuous/1000A cranking current to start the unit even in cold weather.

Easy Installation
Installation instructions are included with the 3/8" Side Post Remote Battery Disconnect Switch . The red and black wires in the X supply power to the remote receiver in the relay,
NOTE: It needs to always be connected to the positive and negative battery terminals respectively. The stud terminal on one side of the relay connects to the negative terminal of the battery and the other side connects to the negative wire of the car.
