Please confirm your Printer Model before placing an order. INSTRUCTION STEPS： 1. Before installation, please remove the protective clip from the bottom of the cartridges. 2. Once the clip has been removed, please check to see if there is a protective film over the cartridge head; usually it is a small strip of green plastic, please remove it from the print head gently. 3. Put the cartridge into the printer in the correct slot in the carriage. Please refer to the instructions received with your printer for further information regarding changing the cartridges. Note: 1. Before placing an order, please be sure to confirm your printer model. 2. Please remove the cover and pull off plastic tape before installing these cartridges.(DON'T TOUCH THE CHIP) 3. Printer screen pop up ‘Non-Original Cartridge'? Please just click ‘OK' and they will go ahead. 4. What if an error message occurs saying ‘REPLACE CARTRIDGES' or 'LOW INK' ? Please use a pencil eraser to wipe copper contact(chip), or reinstall them several times.
