Equipped with the same pliers as the CFT-120Midge, the rotary hackle pliers move freely and the grip part rotates smoothly.
The joint part is made of elastomer rubber with shock absorber part. When wrapping the hackle, you can wrap it around hard to wind areas such as parachute fly posts and other difficult to wrap around the hackle.
