  • AROMATIC HOT/COLD THERAPY: Removable inserts contain dried eucalyptus leaves and lavender buds for fragrance and flaxseed to retain the moist heat to relax muscles and joints while soothing dry skin. Microwave on a rotating carousel for 30 seconds, not to exceed 1 minute. For cold therapy, place in a plastic bag and put in freezer for 30 minutes.   • WASHABLE: Remove the eucalyptus/lavender/flaxseed insert and machine wash the cover in cold water, dry in clothes dryer medium heat. Do not get the insert wet!
