AH3144E and AH3144L are magnetic sensing circuits composed of a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmidt trigger, and an open collector output stage. The input is magnetic induction intensity, and the output is a digital voltage signal. It is a magnetic sensitive circuit that operates with a single magnetic pole, suitable for working under rectangular or cylindrical magnets. The working temperature range of AH3144L is -40~150 ℃, which can be applied in the automotive industry and military engineering. They come in two packaging forms: TO-92UA and TO-92T
