This is a 10-way 2-in-1 ARGB PWM hub with 15-pin power that can supply power to fans and ARGB devices at the same time.

The ARGB of this hub is 5V 3-pin. This kind of fan can control a single lamp and realize the effects of running water lamp, splicing and displaying text patterns through programming. Only compatible with 3-pin and 5V addressable header drivers, will not connect to 12V components, otherwise it might burn out. PWM splitter supports PWM function and automatic fan speed adjustment. (3-pin fans also work, work at full speed.)
