Remove the old thermal pad:
Every time you remove or install the radiator, you need to remove the aged thermal pad. After thorough cleaning, use the thermal pad again. Otherwise, the heat dissipation effect will be affected.

The thermal conductivity is the same for each thickness. Thermally conductive pads are available in a variety of thicknesses and sizes. Users can also cut them into the required size as needed.

How to choose the size you need.
1: Calculate the size of each location that needs cooling.
2: Calculate the thickness of the thermal pad based on the gap between the boards.
3: The thermal pad is soft in texture, and 0.5-1.0mm should be added when calculating the thickness. After installation and extrusion, it fits tightly and has better heat dissipation effect.
4: When the purchased thermal pad is not thick enough, you can also use it in stacking.
