1. Installation: The phone is charged once it's installed into the battery case. The charging will be stopped after fully charged. The battery case won't automatically charge the phone when the phone battery runs low. Click the power button to start charging. Double-click the power button to stop charging.
2. Plugged-in: Charge the phone and battery case simultaneously while plugged in. The charging will be stopped after fully charged. Note: The battery case needs a powerful charger and cord in order to charge both the case and phone at the same time. It's recommended to use a 65w charger and Type C cord.
3. Type-C Wired Headphones, Android Auto, Quick Charge, Wireless Charging, Samsung Pay and data sync are NOT supported.
4. Don't protect the screen. It's recommended to install a screen protector.
5. This battery case is only compatible with Galaxy S21. It's NOT compatible with Galaxy S21+ or Galaxy S21 Ultra.
6. Use the original charger and cable that come with the phone to charge the battery case as generic or non-original chargers and cables usually cause the battery case to malfunction.
