- LightScribe software and disc MUST be used for labeling, which are not included. DVD software is NOT included and not pre-installed in Windows/ Mac
- Free DVD player software like VLC, free DVD burner software like BurnAware can download from internet
- Drive must connect to USB 3.0 port directly, not recommend USB hubs or extension cable conneciton
