The board is equipped with three key switches: select key, confirm key and punch key.

Select key function:
Press the first button to enter the setting mode.
Press the first button, and the English interface starts to flicker. If you press the OK key at this time, the English interface is selected.
Press the second button, and the Chinese interface starts to flicker. If you press the OK key at this time, the Chinese interface is selected.
Press the third press, the first stage filter element begins to flicker, if you press the OK key at this time, the timing of the first stage filter element will return to zero.
Press the fourth press, the second stage filter element begins to flicker, if you press the OK key at this time, the second stage filter element timing returns to zero.
Press the fifth button, and the third filter element begins to flicker. If you press the OK key at this time, the timing of the third filter element will return to zero.
Press the sixth button, and the fourth filter element begins to flicker. If you press the OK key at this time, the timing of the fourth filter element will return to zero.
Press the seventh button, and the fifth filter element begins to flicker. If the OK key is pressed at this time, the timing of the fifth filter element returns to zero.
Press the eighth button, and the Celsius unit begins to flicker. If you press the OK key at this time, the Celsius unit is selected.
Press the ninth button and the Fahrenheit unit begins to flicker. If you press the OK key at this time, the Fahrenheit unit is selected.
Press the tenth button and the beep flag begins to blink. If you press the OK key at this time, the beep is selected.
Press the eleventh button and the beep flag begins to blink. If you press the OK key at this time, select the mute mode.
(note: the wind buzzer does not sound the alarm when the mute mode is water shortage, filter element is used for overtime, and TDS > = 50.).
Press the twelfth button and return to the state of the first press.
If you press the select key and do not press the OK key or the select key within 5 seconds, you will automatically exit the setting mode.
Confirm key function:
Used to determine the settings selected by the selection key. The selected settings are saved automatically, and the next power-up will not be lost.
Punch key: only in the water-making mode, you can press the punch key, press the punch key, and the machine can wash automatically for 90 seconds.
Whether the Chinese character display or the English character display can be set by the user, and the record will be stored after the setting. There is no need to set it again the next time it is powered on.
The power mark is always bright to indicate the live state of the machine.
The water shortage mark Changliang indicates that the raw water pressure of the machine is too low.
The rotation of the water mark indicates that the machine is filtering water.
The flushing mark Changliang indicates that the machine is backwashing the film.
The long bright mark of full water indicates that the machine is in full standby state.
Filter life strips 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 represent the service time of grade 5 filter elements, and the display will be reduced with the passage of time.
The three small 8 characters in the upper right corner are used to display the ambient temperature. The ambient temperature measurement range is 0: 70 degrees Celsius. Two groups of units can be displayed in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit, which is set by the user.
The three big 8 characters in the lower right corner are used to display the TDS value of pure water.
The bell mark in the lower right corner indicates non-mute mode, and if it is not lit, it indicates mute mode, which is set by the right user.
Control function description. Flushing function.
1. The Ro machine is plugged in, all the contents of the display screen are lit, the buzzer calls, and the machine is forced to flush for 90 seconds after 1 second.
two.. Press the strong flush button in the water-making state, and the machine flushes for 90 seconds.
3. Withdraw from flushing for 30 seconds in the state of lack of water.
4. After entering the full state for 5 seconds, rinse for 10 seconds.
5. If the low voltage switch is turned off, it will enter the water shortage mode.
6. Accumulative water production for 2 hours and automatic flushing for 30 seconds.
7. Flush mark is bright, buzzer does not sound, flush valve opens, pump opens, intake valve opens.
Water shortage state.
1. In the water-making state or flushing state, the low-voltage switch is turned on and enters the state of water shortage.
two.. Under the condition of lack of water for 5 seconds, the low voltage switch closes and enters the flushing state.
3. Under the condition of water shortage, the water shortage mark is bright, the buzzer beeps (non-mute mode), the pump stops, the intake valve closes, and the flush valve closes.
Water full state.
1. If the high voltage switch is turned on at the end of flushing, the water is full.
two.. When making water, if the high voltage switch is turned on, the water will be full.
3. After the water full mode is maintained for 5 seconds, the high voltage switch is still on, then the machine enters the flushing state. After 10 seconds of flushing, if the high pressure is still on, the machine enters the standby state of full water and no longer flushes.
4. If the high voltage switch is closed for 5 seconds, it will exit the water full state and enter the water making state.
5. When the water is full, the water full mark is on, the buzzer does not sound, the pump stops, the intake valve closes, and the flushing valve closes.
Water production state.
1. If the high voltage switch is closed at the end of flushing, it will enter the state of making water.
two.. When the high voltage switch is closed for 5 seconds when the water is full, it will enter the state of making water.
3. In the water-making state, the water-making mark rotates, the buzzer does not sound, the pump works, the intake valve opens and the flushing valve closes.
TDS description. TDS is not detected in the flushing state, but the display part still shows the previous value, for example, if you just power on or exit from the water shortage mode, the display part shows 0. if you press the flush state from the water-making state, the display part shows the TDS value in the water-making state.
Detect the TDs value under the condition of making water and display the TDS value.
When the water is full, the TDs value is detected in the first 10 seconds, but not in the later stage, and the test results in the first 10 seconds are displayed.
The value of TDs is not detected under the condition of water shortage, showing 0.
The TDs value has been corrected for temperature.
When the TDS value exceeds 50, the buzzer beeps (in non-mute mode), prompting the user that the water quality exceeds the standard, but it does not affect any functions such as machine water production.
Temperature description.
The temperature measurement range is 0-70 degrees Celsius, and the error is +-1 degrees Celsius.
Description of filter element life.
Five timers record the service life of the filter element, which is determined according to the start-up time of the pump, so the time of washing and the time of making water are counted as the service life of the filter element; automatic storage, power-off data is not lost; the user can manually clear the timer after changing the filter element.
Five timers correspond to four filter elements of a pure water machine and a membrane; the maximum service life of the filter element has been set at the factory and cannot be changed by the user.
With the passage of time, the service life of the filter element will be reduced one by one, and when reduced to 00:00, the buzzer beeps (in non-mute mode), prompting the user that the filter element times out, but does not affect any function such as making water by the machine.
Wiring instructions:
Yellow: low voltage switch.
Blue: high voltage switch.
Red: flush solenoid valve.
Green: booster pump [green no matter positive or negative].
Black: water inlet solenoid valve.
Remaining (white and pink): connect to 24V power supply [pink is positive, white is negative]
