وصف
Size: 4-15 inches
Color: Silver
Product model: 3 claws
Accuracy: 0.005
Surface hardness: 45-55 degrees
instructions:
By using the molding problem, not only can it achieve three molding methods of external clamping, internal tension, and through molding, but it can also form in the same state when clamping the working object, so the core vibration is reduced and the grip strength is improved. (Figures 1, 2, and 3)
When using hard claws for clamping, poor contact surface can result in a trumpet shape, and poor grip strength can cause centrifugal vibration, affecting accuracy and posing a high risk. (As shown in Figure 4)
When using a forming ring to form together with a clamp, there is no core vibration phenomenon, and the grasping force reaches 100%, which can improve accuracy. (As shown in Figure 5)
Precautions for using claw repair equipment:
The pressure must be adjusted to below 1 megapascal (0.3-0.5 is appropriate), and the speed should be adjusted to below 800 revolutions per minute. Once the claw is fixed, repair it and do not move it again.
