PRODUCT FUNCTION 1. The adapter ring is equipped with electronic chips and electrical contacts. When using GF original lenses, automatic or manual control of aperture and focusing can be achieved. 2. Support GF original lens aperture ring to adjust aperture, achieving AV (aperture priority) or MF (manual) exposure 3. Support GF original lens function buttons, which can achieve the same function as the Z original lens LFn button. Different quick functions can be customized through the body menu buttons (it is recommended to set it to manual focus and zoom). 4. When using a regular manual lens (without electronic communication or third-party lens adapter to GF mount), the adapter ring can transmit data with the body, and through the Nikon body focus indicator, achieve faster and more accurate focusing than peak indicator (please refer to the body instruction manual for specific instructions). 5. Trap focusing and capturing moving objects can be achieved through the body function settings (please refer to the body manual for specific operation instructions). 6. Partial recording of aperture values (F1-F56) is possible. Setting the aperture value above F56 may result in inaccurate exposure, so the adapter ring limits the setting. 7. The adapter ring database has built-in focal length values for commonly used lens segments. Users can set preset lens focal length values, which will be transmitted to the camera body through the mount communication data and saved to the photo EXF information. Firmware upgrade operation 1. Align the marked points (white) on the body end of the adapter ring with the white marked points on the upgraded dedicated lens cover 2. Rotate the adapter ring counterclockwise until the lens cover locks the adapter ring 3. Connect the upgraded lens cover with the adapter ring installed to the computer using a Micro USB cable 4. The computer recognizes the adapter ring component as a "BORYOZA" USB drive and copies the new firmware as a file to the USB drive 5. Launch USB flash drive, upgrade completed
