Constructed out of 14 gauge aluminum, each mounting bracket / backing plate measure approximately 2 3/4" long x 2 1/2" wide overall. Angled at approximately 105°, with a total of (8) 1/8" holes in each bracket spaced 7/8" long x 1 1/2" wide apart center on center.
