Specifications
Product Name: Chain Wear Tester
Material: Aluminum alloy
Weight: net weight 40.4g
Features:
High strength aluminum alloy material, lightweight design; CNC precision turning, slow milling, fine grinding, anodizing; Laser, not afraid of wear and tear.
Notice:
After resetting the value of the measuring device to zero, insert it into the chain and gently push the rotating gauge until it stops. Strong pressure will cause deformation of the steel needle, resulting in inaccurate measurement.
As the chain must have a small gap in the link to run smoothly, TL-2.8 will display a reading of 0.25% (or more) on the new chain. This does not mean that the chain is worn by 0.25%. This only means that there is a 0.25% gap in the chain links before the chain starts to wear out. Regardless of the reading of the new chain, when TL-2.8 shows a reading of 1.00%, the chain should be replaced in a timely manner .
