TP1 Series Linear Displacement Sensors non-contact hysteresis principle non-contact magnetostrictive measuring principle. Can directly accurately and absolutely reflect the linear displacement commonly used in motion control positioning and measurement display and other fields. This is achieved by the use of a non-contacting suspended magnetic block so that the sensor is free of mechanical wear and tear. The acquired signal input comes from the mechanical movement of the magnet block which can either be suspended or moved along a guideway. Installation is simpler and more flexible requiring only clamping or adjustment. The core sensing element of the sensor is encapsulated in an aluminium housing which saves installation space and is resistant to for example dust. Absolute output signals are provided as standard.
