وصف

Consists of a nonspecific PCR reagent mixture hermetically sealed inside a thin-walled reaction tube, reducing the risk of contamination and providing optimum heat transfer. Aqueous solution of enzyme, template DNA and primers are added above the wax layer prior to thermal cycling; as temperature rises, the wax melts, combining the reagents at the proper annealing temperature.
