Features a pre-positioned wax bead that eliminates time, splashing of mixture and the chance of contamination. MBP wax bead is stable at room temperature, allowing for unhurried preparation of PCR cocktails. Pre-assembly of tube and wax eliminates separate purchases and the chance of bulk beads melting together. HotStart tubes are 0.5 mL and HotStart Micro® tubes are 0.2 mL.
