Sizing:
Small: 28" - 33"
Medium: 33" - 38"
Large: 38" - 43"
To determine your correct size, measure your waist at your navel with a tape measure. Take the measurement over your normal gym clothing and pull the tape so it's snug. Do not go by your pants size.
