Very Strong Welding: the Carbide Burrs Rotary files are welded by imported silver based brazing alloy, with low welding temperature, which make the Joint/welding area between the Carbide bur Head and the shank with very strong, and there is no phenomenon of breaking or falling-off of Carbide Bur head from the shank.
R-Shaped Shank: The shank of the Carbide Burrs Rotary Files is designed in the form of R-shaped, which increases the contact area(joint area) between the Shank and the Carbide Bur Heads, making the welding more secure and strong.
Carbide Burr Head is Solid: The Carbide Bur Head is designed to be solid without a tail hole or center hole (for inserting and fixing the shank), which help the Carbide burrs get higher strength and longer service life.
