In addition to the unique features, the adjustable weighted vest weighs 4lbs on its own and comes with six 1lb sandbags, allowing you to adjust the weight from 4-10lbs to suit both beginner and advanced training needs. The front of the adjustable weighted vest also features a large pocket to store keys, a small towel, or sports supplements. Plus, the vest is made from premium materials with evenly distributed iron sand filling, ergonomic lines, double-sided reflective strips, and an adjustable design to fit various body shapes, all to ensure your workout is as comfortable and safe as possible.
