PT-Primer X is a self-cross-linking polyurethane coating system designed for use as a topical sealer for curing and sealing applications over properly prepared concrete and post tension concrete. The system is a low VOC, low odor water-base product that provides strong adhesion to concrete and masonry surfaces. PT-Primer X assists to seal and waterproof the concrete surface while providing a strong base coating for topcoat adhesion
