AL-B SPE Cartridge Solid-Phase Extraction
Extraction of aromatic amines.AL-B solid-phase extraction cartridge (Alkaline alumina SPE column) Highly active porous alumina, whose surface electrons can form pi-pi interactions with aromatic rings, and has strong polar retention and Lewis acid properties. Compared with unbonded silica gel, alumina is more stable in high pH environment and suitable for extraction of aromatic amine compounds.
After special treatment, alumina has three types of acid (ALA) neutral (ALN) and basic (ALB), which can be matched to target compounds with different properties.
