Our new Clamps now feature an integrated clasp mechanism with a lock push-button, replacing the pin we had in the previous version. This new clasp mechanism provides an extra level of security to ensure the clamp is never unintentionally opened. By eliminating the pin in this new design, there are no longer any removeable on the clamp, which the risk of parts being misplaced or lost. Our new Clamp also features a hinge spring to keep the clamp in a sprung closed position. This feature not only keeps the clamp in a closed state when installed, but also helps during installation as the clamp has been designed to naturally align and close itself onto the union . This clamp has been specifically designed to provide a positive feedback and audible click when closed, so users rest assured that their system is ready to go. In addition, our newly designed Clamp is completely backwards compatible with any existing system, as it utilizes the same weld ferrules, union , and O-Rings, making it an easy replacement and upgrade from our older style Clamps.
