Required Equipment

DC Power Source (1V–6V) with adjustable voltage control.

Container suitable for holding the plating solution. Anode (Solution Electrode) to apply the positive charge to the solution.

Heating Mechanism to maintain the solution at 100°F. Ground Clip (Negative Lead) to connect the negative (-) terminal of the power source to the item being plated.

Plating Rack to hold parts in the solution and ensure proper electrical contact.
