This is a strikingly beautiful 50 inch Half Sided Fiberglass Cobia, airbrushed by Alison Truss of South Africa. The fiberglass Cobia mount is 50 inches in length, 14 inches in height, and protrudes 4.5 inches from the wall. Given that only half of the fish is visible from a straight-on view, Half Sided Fish Mounts make more sense. They are significantly less expensive but equally magnificent. In addition, our half mounts have a more three-dimensional appearance than other half mounts, with some parts of the fish, such as fins, curving slightly away from the wall. Fiberglass fish mounts are lightweight, durable, and realistic looking. One of the advantages of fiberglass fish mounts is that they require less maintenance than traditional taxidermy mounts.
