This roof rack is made of carbon steel. We added hem to strengthen optimization, and its bearing capacity has been greatly improved under the condition of constant weight
Surface Process.
This is an outdoor product, so it needs good surface protection. We use electrophoresis and powder coating double-layer surface protection. Electrophoresis is an immersion process, which can protect the product in all directions, and then powder coat finish. Powder coating is very thick, which can prevent rust and scratch.The product can last for 100 hours during the salt spray test which is equivalently to have a 5-year corrosion capacity.
Easy to Install.
First, assemble the roof rack body and install the lights. Install the 4 brackets on the roof (there are numbers on the brackets, which correspond to the numbers of the luggage rack one by one). Do not lock the brackets first. Then put the roof rack body on the bracket, adjust the position of the brackets, and finally tighten all bolts. The installation of this rack by ordinary people takes up to 1.5 hours. It is recommended that two people install it together. Some basic hand tools are required. (Reminder: The roof rack needs a moderate bolt-on installation, which requires some drilling on the car top roof)
