The story of Radiator Mount
The radiator was developed to serve this purpose, circulating coolant through a system of pipes to transfer heat away from the engine and dissipate it into the air. However, the radiator needed to be mounted securely in order to function effectively.
The first radiator mounts were simple metal brackets that held the radiator in place. Over time, these mounts became more complex, incorporating rubber bushings or other materials to help absorb vibrations and reduce noise.
