At the core of the wires is a strong Kevlar center with a low resistance spiral wound alloy conductor, tightly wrapped for maximum spark energy transmission up to 80,000 VAC. A high dielectric strength co-polymer compound coating is applied to the conductor to help eliminate voltage leaks and Radio/Electromagnetic Frequency Interference (RFI/EMI). The conductor is then fully insulated in a durable, extra thick silicone and EPDM sleeve for superior protection. Wires are all cloth braided wrapped for the classic vintage look.
