This solid 10k gold pendant features an opened Winged Scarab Beetle and Sun in a round Disc pendant. It was sacred to the Khepera, also known as Khepri, the Egyptian god of creation, immortality and resurrection. Khepera had a connection with the scarab beetle, the scarab was seen to roll balls of dung across the ground, meaning it was an act force that moves the sun across the sky. The scarab was represented to carry messages as a symbol of creation, life, and even rebirth. Individually hand polished to a lasting high sheen polish finish.
